Upload the architect's and engineer's pack. Quantise reads it, lists every structural and shell material it finds, matches each line to a real merchant product at trade rates, and hands you an editable Bill of Materials and Quote under your own letterhead.
PDF or CAD drawing packs. Steel, timber, masonry, foundations, roof and the fixings between them. Your rates always win over ours.
Extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations and small new builds. The firms where the principal, or one working estimator, prices every job personally.
An estimator pricing for several builders runs more packs than any one of them. Quantise carries between client firms, with each quote under the right name.
Without a buying-group deal, one merchant's trade price is a fair price. That is the price we start from, and the one you replace with your own.
Drop in the structural and architectural drawings, as PDF or CAD. A scan check tells you what the pack contains and what is missing, before anything runs and before anything is charged.

A frontier vision model reads the pack the way an estimator does: beams, columns, padstones, joists, lintels, blockwork, foundations, roof. Each line carries its drawing reference, and anything the read is unsure of is flagged for your eye rather than hidden.

Each line resolves to a real catalogue product at trade rates. Put in your own rates, product by product or as a spreadsheet, and they are used first on every job from then on. Add margin by section, add or remove lines, and the totals follow.

Export the quote as a PDF or Excel file under your own letterhead, with the columns you choose. Then raise purchase orders by supplier straight from the quote, and the Order Book shows what has been bought against each product and what is still to order.

The quote is the structural and shell materials that can be read off the drawings, at merchant rates. It supports your estimating. It never pretends to be the contract sum.
A read either completes or it does not bill. There is no partial result, and nothing runs without you pressing the button.
Drawings are deleted once they have been read. What stays is your output: the lines, the prices and the documents you made. Hosted in the EEA.
Every member and material read from the pack, by section, with its drawing reference and flags.
The priced grid: unit price and line total, margin by section, your columns, PDF and Excel under your letterhead.
The catalogue your quotes resolve to, with your own rates and pack sizes on top. Bulk upload from a spreadsheet.
Orders by supplier raised straight from the quote, in the units the merchant sells, exported as PDF or Excel.
Per job, what has been ordered against each quoted product, what is left, and which order it went on.
Quantise is in a working pilot with UK contractors on real jobs. The prices are being set against those jobs, so they are not published yet. The shape is settled:
Monthly or annual. Every module, the editable grids, your price management, and your portfolio of jobs kept for you.
One scan is one read of one uploaded pack. The architect's and engineer's drawings for a job count as one. Everything after the read, including re-pricing, edits and exports, is free.
Pilot accounts run on real jobs with us watching the read line by line. If you price small works and want an earlier evening, ask for a place.
We have your request and will reply by email, usually within a working day. If you would rather write to us directly, the address is below.
